Weapons Class Bo Staff!

Starting Monday 10 – 20 -2014 we will begin Bo Staff. If you don’t have your Bo Staff yet please see Mr. Krueger. We have Bo Staffs available for purchase however supplies are limited.

SPARRING

Sparring is Wednesday and Thursday nights during the last 15-minutes of classes for Master’s Club members. Sparring Gear is required. Head gear, boots, gloves, and mouth piece are the minimum pieces of gear required. Please see our pro shop for more info on purchasing your equipment.
